Before becoming a business leader, Leonard Cagno built his career in aviation and finance. He earned an Aviation Management degree with a minor in marketing from Dowling College, where he served as a flight instructor and obtained his CFI, CFII, CPL, and Instrument Rating. Leonard went on to fly commercially for a regional airline under the Continental brand before transitioning into finance, working as a Financial Advisor at AXA, where he earned his Series 7, Series 66, and Health & Life licenses. Today, he channels those same values—discipline, focus, and adaptability—into entrepreneurship. Through ventures like TEG Health and TEG Wellness, he helps organizations improve employee well-being through integrated health benefits, technology solutions, and personalized care programs. Outside of work, Leonard enjoys flying, hockey, and spending time with his kids, finding balance in both family and business.
